    简历

    张佳华,男,1966年出生,内蒙古集宁人,百人计划。现任中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所研究员、博士生导师,曾任中国气象科学院遥感与气候信息开放实验室主任,学术和学位委员会成员。兼任中国国家973 项目对地观测综合交叉领域评审组专家;全球气候变化重大专项(2010CB951300)专家组委员;国家自然基金重大与国际合作项目、重点与优青等评审专家;中美气候变化影响适应工作组第一工作组召集人。教育部留学基金会评专家;中国气象局卫星遥感专家组委员,中国气象学会遥感与空间委员会全国气象标准委员会遥感应用分会委员,美国科学促进会,IEEE会员。2005 两岸四地GIS会议摄影测量分会主席;2011Geoinformation 会议水文遥感分会主席;2012 年国际ICEEP会议环境分会主席;2013年第35届环境遥感大会生态遥感分会Co-chair。国际 Remote Sensing of Environment, Inter.J Remote Sens., Remote Sensing, J. of Applied Remote Sensing, Climatic Change, Environment Monitoring and AssessmentInter J Digital Earth , Sciences in ChinaChinese Sciences Bulletin SCI期刊特邀评审专家。
